Feature: tools: Convert crm_node -n/-N to use formatted output.

Despite some similarities between this formatted output message and
others, we're going to stick with our own messages here. crm_node is
pretty specialized for using in scripts, while most other formatted
output messages in this area are a lot more verbose. So we'll just go
with our own minimal messages.
