Refactor: pacemakerd: rename mcp directory to pacemakerd

This is the start of a project with three goals:

• Rename Pacemaker daemons to make reading logs more intuitive

• Make the code base more intuitive by making source code directories and files match executable names where appropriate

• Ensure all source code files have unique names, which will make PCMK_trace_files more useful
