Description

Fix: libfencing: make topology level removal compatible with latest stonithd API

12ca8bbe changed the stonithd API to use XML_ATTR_STONITH_TARGET instead of
F_STONITH_TARGET when removing topology levels. This updates the fencing client
library to match.
