Low: libcrmcommon: parse_op_key() can now handle confirmed notifications

Per new_notify_pseudo_action(), "confirmed-pre_notify" and
"confirmed-post_notify" are also possible pseudo-action prefixes.
This hasn't been a problem because as of this commit, no such actions are fed
to parse_op_key().
