Feature: tools: Add --node= to the crm_mon command line.

This option can be used to narrow down crm_mon's results to show only a
given node or the nodes matching a given tag. This option can be
further combined with the --include= and --exclude= options to really
narrow down crm_mon's output to exactly what you want.
