Test: cts-cli: Check daemon metadata output

Since we recently added assertions for missing data required by the OCF
standard.

Also, add ' default="..."' to the "big sed". Certain defaults (for
example, PCMK__CONCURRENT_FENCING_DEFAULT) may vary depending on
configure options at build time.
