Log: liblrmd: improve failure messages when cacheing remote key

Rename set_key() to read_gnutls_key() to better reflect its purpose,
and make it use standard Pacemaker return codes.

Lower error messages to warnings, since the remote executor checks for the key
at start-up without requiring it to exist yet.
