Refactor: libpe_status,libpacemaker: use "bundle" instead of "container"

where appropriate, except for public API, which remains unchanged for backward
compatibility.

This consistently uses "bundle" to refer to the entire bundle resource
configured in the CIB, and "container" to refer to the container resource
inside the bundle.
