Fix: libcrmcommon: Rename pcmk__html_add_node.

The new name of pcmkoutput_create_html_node is meant to convey that
the function creates a new node, instead of adding an existing node to
the structure. This is more in line with how create_xml_node and
pcmkoutput_xml_add_node operate.
