Refactor: libpacemaker: rename pcmk_sched_graph.c to pcmk_graph_producer.c

The source files related to transition graphs have gotten somewhat obscure, so
rename pcmk_sched_graph.c to pcmk_graph_producer.c, to reflect that is the code
related to producing transition graphs.
