Test: scheduler: update expected outputs for bundle-order-startup

Now that interleave is in the right place for redis, the "haproxy then redis"
constraint now generates an interleaved ordering on undercloud, and the "redis
then galera" constraint generates a "start redis then start galera" ordering
rather than "redis entirely running then start galera".
